Hey, how might I change the account people pay me with? I can only find a (accepting online payments). But I received a payment through the online payment feature. The last four digits of the account paid to didn’t match any of my bank accounts.

Hi, Jesse.

 

You can update the deposit account by logging in to your QuickBooks Payments account. I'll guide you with the steps.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
  2. From the menu, select Account, then Account Profile.
  3. Go to the Deposit Account Information section, then select Edit (or Add if you haven't added an account yet).
  4. Select how you want to receive the code (text or voice call).
  5. Enter the code in the pop-up window.
  6. When prompted, enter the Account Type followed by the Routing/ABA Number and Account Number, then select Submit.
