Hey there, the money from a transaction yesterday says it was deposited this morning but it isn't showing up in any of my accounts

Allow me to help you find your missing transaction. I'll recommend checking the different areas of your accounts to find them.

We'll need first to get the latest transactions and if you don't see the transaction you expected to see, we need to download the latest ones available manually.

To do this, go to Banking, select a Bank transaction, and click the Update button beside the Link account. Once done, check the "For review" section for the missing transaction.

If your transaction is still missing, it can be stuck in the Banking menu. We will thus go back to the Banking tab and select the particular bank or credit card account from where you downloaded the transaction form.

Considering that we've previously looked over the "For Review" portion. Visit the "Categorized" tab later to see what happens to any previously completed transactions.

Check if the transaction is in the wrong account by looking at the "Added or Matched" column to see how you classified the transaction. If so, we'll need to unmatch and move it.

We can also check your Excluded tab. Excluded transactions won't be added to your account and these accounts are the ones you mark as personal or duplicate.

This may cause the missing of your transaction, to show it is to select Undo from the action column, then check the For Review tab and categorize the transaction. Finally is to check your uncategorized accounts. Your missing transaction might be there.
