Hi all New to this. Hate it so far My Bank deposit number is wrong. I added the correct account. But I still can not get my deposits

I can get into my checking account , but my deposits are all on hold or have been rejected.

Hello there, @JHR1. Let me provide some details about why your deposits are on hold in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If QBO notices something unusual in the payments, we'll investigate what caused the deposits to be put on hold. So if there is a problem, we'll notify you through email. In most cases, you will receive the email within two business days.

 

I'd also suggest calling the QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team for further assistance and to check the status of your payment deposit.
