Welcome to the Community, @elisabeth-johnso,

I'll be glad to help you out! The Undeposited Fund in QuickBooks Online is a default account. Therefore, it can only be made inactive but not deleted. You can rest assured that your undeposited funds do not affect your bank reconciliation unless you have deleted a transaction. To make sure that you'll be able to reconcile, let's first activate your undeposited fund account and re-create your deleted transaction.

Here's how to activate it:
1. Go to the Accounting tab.
2. In the Chart of Accounts, select the Gear icon next to the Print list option.
3. Tick the Include inactive box to show inactive accounts.

4. Search for the specific account.
5. Select Make Active.

The option to undo a deleted transaction is unavailable in QuickBooks Online, however, we can re-create it by using the information in the deleted transaction. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, next to your profile.
2. Select Audit log.
3. You can filter the User, Date, and Events

4.  Select View, to see all the information about the transaction.

After viewing the details of the deleted transaction, you can now recreate it.

For more information, you can visit: Deposit payments into the Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks Online.

I'll also add an article you can refer to for future use if you need more information about reconciliation: How to view details for missing reconciliation reports or reconciled transactions.

If you need more assistance with your QuickBooks account, feel free to reach us back or leave a comment. I'll be glad to help anytime. Enjoy your day!
