I can guide you how to check who has access to your QuickBooks account, @aveith.

I’m glad to see you here in the Community. Let me provide information so you’ll be able to see who was logged in to your QuickBooks Online account.

You can utilize the Audit log feature, which can be located in the Gear icon, to view this type of event. It tracks user sign-ins, changes to your books, and what they did. I’ll walk you through the steps:

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Click Audit log under Tools.
  3. You can select the Filter option to show the specific events.
  4. Select the needed information in the User dropdown and Date.
  5. Under Events, mark the Sign in /sign out.
  6. Press the Apply button.

You can visit this article to learn more insights about the Audit log. It includes video tutorials for your visual reference.

In case you need more tips and information on how to manage your account and business finances. We have available training videos and webinars to help you understand our product features, functions, and benefits of QuickBooks.

Just message me here if you need further assistance or anything else. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
