Hi, I am using webhooks to insert/update data of sales receipts of QB into salesforce but few records are missing in syncing in Salesforce. Need urgent help (production)

Hi, I am using webhooks to insert/update data of sales receipts of QB into salesforce but few records are missing in syncing in Salesforce. Need urgent help on this issue (production issue)

For example- We have 90 Sales Receipts generated on 1st July 2022 in QB in which only 5 records synced over to Salesforce. We have seen the log but no error logs.

I'll make sure you're able to create sales receipts seamlessly in QuickBooks Online.

 

First off, working with QuickBooks integrated with webhooks, SDK, or API software is addressed by our team separately consisting of experts in the field of programming.

 

Therefore, I suggest contacting our developer team and letting them know about the application not sending the correct number of generated sales receipts from QuickBooks to Salesforce. You can do so by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Intuit Developer Support.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Ask a question.
