Hi, I had a client post an ACH Payment on 3/11. I called my bank and they don't even see the transaction sent over.

I'll help you check the payment status of your invoices by logging in to your Merchant Account to review it from there. For the instructions, you can open this link as your reference to search for deposits.

 

I'd also encourage contacting our Payments Support team so that they can pull up your payments account and review the payments from there.
