Thank you for posting here in the Community, @nicolas-taste-of.

Normally, if you first set up QuickBooks Payments, deposits will take five business days while our Merchant Services team sets up your account. Once finished setting up everything, they’ll deposit customer payments much faster.

Additionally, they check payments regularly to make sure everything is in order. Your funds can be on hold if the most recent customer payment takes longer than expected to deposit. This doesn't mean there's anything wrong. It means they need are reviewing it.

To verify, you can check its status by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and click Deposits.
  3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

This shows a total for each of your daily deposits as well as when we deposited them into your bank account. If there is an issue with the payment, the Status column will reflect Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned. To access its specifics, click the drop-down arrow in the Fee column. You'll get an email from us with steps to fix the issue.

Moreover, you can check out our QuickBooks Payment Deposit Schedules for additional information.
