Hi. I have a client that paid through Credit card and I do not know why the money has not been deposited in my pay pal account. Its almost been a month.

I have one more idea on how you can check and trace where the missing money went. 

 

The funds might've been withheld for verification from PayPal. You'll want to check your PayPal account and see if there are any notifications about it.

 

There will be instructions and important details on how you can resolve it. Alternatively, you can also check your email inboxes about the withheld funds. 

 

If you haven't received any notifications about your client's payments, you'll want to contact our Merchant Services support. One of our agents will pull up your account securely, and trace where the money went. 

 

Here's how to contact us: 

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. On the list of options, select Talk to a human (or type it in the chat box).
  3. When asked, enter something like "payment not received in PayPal."
  4. Proceed with I still need a human.
  5. Click the Get help from a human link.
  6. Choose how you want to reach us. 

 

After resolving the issue, do you need help checking your sales and inventory? You can pull up the Sales by Product/Service Detail or Summary report.
