Hi I purchased the quick book 3 months ago, If you will look at my account I never used it, I want to know if there is a possibility to get a refund please,

Nice to see you here in the QuickBooks Community! For this situation, it would be best to contact Support that way, they will be able to pull up your account information and make adjustments if necessary. You can contact us by following the instructions below: 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button
  3. Enter a brief description of the problem.
  4. Select "Let's Talk"
  5. Pick the "Get a call" option to connect with us.
