Good day, b-miyo-art.
Yes, you can exclude the duplicate transactions from the connected PayPal account. I'd be glad to share all the steps with you.
Here's how to do it if you're using the web version:
- Go to the Transactions menu.
- Find the transaction you want to exclude and select it to expand the view.
- Select the Exclude this transaction checkbox.
- Click Save.
You can also follow these steps if you have the mobile app:
- Go to the Transactions menu. On Android, select the menu ☰ icon and then Transactions.
- Select the transaction you want to exclude.
- Tap Exclude transaction.
Here's an article that that shares more details about this: Exclude or Delete Transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Additional guidance and information on how to manage your banking transactions are also shared here:
- Delete Bank and Transaction Data in QuickBooks Self-Employed
- Add Older Transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed
The Community is always here if you're able to remove the duplicate transactions. You can also ask more questions if you need anything else.
