Hi my bank account used to be connected but for the last couple months as I tried to reconnect it says it’s currently unavailable. Has anyone else had this problem?

It’s a bank in the United States and was working the beginning half of this year.

    If there's no notice or message regarding your issue, let's try reconnecting your bank account using a private browser. Doing this can help us determine if the error you've encountered is related to your browser. Unexpected behaviors occur due to accumulated cache.

     

    To save you time, please use either of these shortcut keys:

    • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
    • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

     

    After opening a private window, log into your account and try to reconnect your bank account again. If everything works perfectly, clear your cache so the system can start fresh. If you still can't, use another supported browser.

    Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
