Hi,new to QuickBooks,I am having troubles manually entering expenses.Whenever I save and close the system adds a new transaction that includes all the previous.

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior. Is this happening on sales transactions as well?

If you haven't already, try creating a dummy transaction to a new vendor. Then, if it's the same thing, please contact our QBO Support so they can check this further. If not, you can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps like clearing your cached data.
