Thanks for updating us on what happened. I'll make sure to route you to the right support team to help further resolve the issue with the missing bank transactions.
Since the issue continues to occur, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team by going to the Help icon. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. This way, they'll be able to investigate the cause of why the QuickBooks system isn’t pulling up any new transactions
Here's how to contact them:
Open your QuickBooks Account.
At the top right, click the Help icon.
Choose the Assistant section.
Type your concern in the Type something field.
Click Talk to a human.
Click I still need a human.
Click the Get help from a human.
You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
You can browse this article to learn more about the different types of support we offer at Intuit and its availability: Support hours and types.
I'd like to add something to do the mix and help you with the bank transactions issue in QuickBooks.
Before anything else, I'd like to ask the name of the bank. This way, I'll be able to look for any connection issues related to that bank in our system.
I'll also ask if there are any error message when you go to the Banking page. This information would gladly help me come up with the necessary steps to resolve it.
In the meantime, let's do the following steps to fix the issue.
If you haven't already done it yet, you'll want to manually force the updates to go through in the Banking page.
Simply click the Update button in the page at least three to five times. This refreshes the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
Also, there might be some notifications or alerts in your bank account that may interrupt the connection process. Log in to your bank account's website and check for them.
