Hi! So I have imported a QBO file for a closed bank act from PDF bank statements. I need to delete this account and all the transactions I imported How do I do that?

We can delete the accounts on your register, sanchovanryan-gm.

 

Just a heads up, this action is permanent. If transactions in a deleted account are tied to other accounts in QuickBooks Online, they will remain in those accounts. 

 

Then, here's how to deactivate the account:

 

  1. From the Accounting tab, select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account you want to delete.
  3. In the View register drop-down, select Make inactive.
  4. Select Yes.
