Welcome to the Community, @katelamontmgmt-g.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about importing transactions.

Since you are getting some glitches while trying to import, I'd recommend you clear your browser's cache.

Here's how:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Choose More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Most of the time, you only need to clear your browser's cache. But if you keep having the same problem even after doing that, you can clear Intuit-specific cookies. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks.

Another way to import transactions is to connect your accounts to online banking. But make sure to follow one method only. Don't use both since this can create duplicate transactions.

Get back to me if you have any additional questions about importing transactions. I'm just a post away.
