I'm here to help fix the pop-up message that you're getting in QuickBooks Online (QBO), tarrant11.

 

You can start by perform some browse troubleshooting steps.

 

There are times that the data in your browser is outdated which needs to be cleared. Doing this will remove the error from the history. To isolate this behavior, I suggest using an incognito browser.

 

If it works, you can clear cache and cookies on the regular browser. Follow the steps by clicking the link below depending on your browser:

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
