How can get my bank account to connect?

I enter correct info, QB texts me a code, i enter code and still cant get it to connect

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about your banking concern. Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to establish the connection of your bank.


First, open QBO via private browsing or incognito mode. These types of sessions block websites from storing data. Also, it’s a good place to start to see if the connection is caused by the cache.


Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

If you’re able to connect the account, clear the cache of your regular browser. Doing so will enhance the overall browsing performance. Otherwise, use a different browser to link the bank.
