Question

How can I check the all transaction of my expense? I can't find the menu. I 'm confusing the change of the menu interface.

Expenses->Expenses show how to link to the bank account and manual registering menu only. I can't see the list of my expenses.

I can help you pull up your expense transactions, info1632.

 

What options do you have on the left panel? If you can't see the Banking, Expenses, Sales and other options in the left menu, ensure that you didn't click the hamburger icon at the upper-left beside the company's name. 

 

If you're still unable to see the Expenses tab, you can check if the issue you're experiencing is browser-related. Start with logging in to your account using a private browser. Verify if you can now see the options. Just click Expenses and select Expenses. If this works as expected, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers if the issues persists. 

 

Aside from going to the Expenses page, you can reports that will give you the data you need. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Search and select for Expenses by Supplier Summary.
  3. Set the Report period and click Run report

If you want to add columns and filters to the report, you can customize it.
