How can I close my account and just get my funds to my account

We can transfer money from your QuickBooks Cash to your bank account. Firstly, ensure you move all the balance from your QuickBooks Cash account. It'll take 2-5 business days for this process before proceeding with canceling the account.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu, then choose Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
2. Click Transfer out. 
3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
4. Select the (+) in the To field. Then, click your connected bank account.
5. Enter the amount you want to move.
6. Click Finalize transfer.

Once done, you can call the number on the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card. An agent will assist you with your concern about canceling the account. However, if you don't have a card yet, I suggest contacting our Payments Support Team.
