Hi there, Amber. Allow me to walk you through the process of reconciling your accidentally deleted transactions.

Yes, we can undo and reconcile your deleted transactions. We just need to make sure that the transactions are correct. By doing this, we can get the correct transactions and add them to your bank register so we can reconcile them again.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Type Reconciliation Report in the Find report by name search bar.
  3. Select Reconciliation Reports.
  4. Select the Account for the reconciliation report you want to view.
  5. From the Report period drop-down arrow, choose the reconcile period.
  6. Select View Report.

Additionally, you should check for any transactions that have been reconciled and need to be reversed.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings, then Chart of accounts.
  2. Locate accounts that have reconciled transactions. Then select View register.
  3. Find the transaction. You’ll see an “R” in the checkmark column if the transaction is reconciled.
  4.
  5. In the checkmark column, select the box with the “R” until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Select Save, then close the account register.

After this, once you've added the deleted transactions, we can now reconcile the account again.
