How can I delete an accout under type Bank

Currently, deleting accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. However, we can make them inactive to remove them from the Chart of accounts. If it contains transactions, they remain part of your company data. You can find them through reports.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting menu.
2. Choose Chart of accounts.
3. Find the account you want to delete.
4. Select the View register drop-down arrow, then choose Make inactive.
5. Click Yes to confirm.
