How can I delete quickbooks cash and only receive payments directly into my bank?

I can share with you some information about deleting or closing out your QuickBooks Cash account, @Fire and Ice HVAC.

 

Before closing the account, it needs to have a $0 balance. To do that, you can either spend your remaining balance or transfer it to your external bank account. 

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. In the Get or send money dropdown, choose Transfer money.
  2. In the From field, choose your QuickBooks Cash account.
  3. In the To field, select the (+) and choose the account where you'll transfer this.
  4. Provide all the necessary information.
  5. Click Finalize transfer once you're done.

Once the balance is zeroed out, you need to connect with our customer support via the number provided at the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card to settle this one and set up your account to receive payments directly from your bank.
