I subscribed to QBO in 2022, cancelled 1/23 with the understanding I still had access to my data.

Glad to have you here in the Community, @forestexplorerst.

I'm here to get a .TXF file from QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you can import it to TurboTax.

QBO only allows you to download a CSV file. Since you can't download the .TXF file directly from QBO, I suggest downloading a CSV file. Then, look for a third-party app that can convert a file from CSV to TXF.

You can check out this article to learn how to export your QBO data to an Excel file: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

As always, you can visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

I feel completely duped. How can Intuit have software that is not integrated? I subscribed to QBO with the assumption that TurboTax would be able to import my small business data from QBO. What a waste of my time and money. You have lost a customer.

Agreed, I did exactly the same. Complete waste of time and money.
