How can I download all of my quickbooks data before I close a company?

Before canceling your QuickBooks Online account, you can export or print your reports, lists, and other data to utilize them for your upcoming tax filings.

To export your reports and lists. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then pick Export Data under Tools.
2. Select the reports or lists you want to export.
3. Tap on Export to Excel.

To download your inventory or products and services, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Products and Services under Lists from the Gear icon.
2. Choose Run report from More's drop-down arrow.
3. Hit the Export icon beside the Print icon, then choose Export to Excel.

After downloading your company data, you can proceed to cancel your account. Please note that you will have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year after the cancellation.
