How can I enter a bank deposit in QuickBooks Online?

I can show you how to enter a bank deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The steps to do this are pretty quick and easy. This can be done by going to the + New option. Here's how:

1. In QBO, click the + New option at the top left.
2. Select Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
4. Tick the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
5. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
6. Hit Save and close or Save and new.
