How can I find my banking and account registers? Help?

I’m here to provide you screenshots so you’ll be able to locate your banking and account registers in QuickBooks Self Employed, elianavered.

In QBSE, we will connect your bank account to see your account and its transactions. Once your accounts are connected, we can find them by going to home or Transactions menu and clicking the Accounts: All (middle part) drop list. 

If you're still not seeing the information, we can start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If the data appears, I recommend that you clear its cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
