Hi, @sfb3.

A bank account will be closed once it's disconnected from your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. If that's the case, I'll guide you on how to reconnect it.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Bank accounts.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If there are existing accounts connected, select Connect another.
  3. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  4. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

I'm adding these links for more hints about disconnecting and reconnecting banks in QuickBooks Self-Employed:

On the other hand, if you're referring to your QBSE subscription, you need to reactivate it to reopen and continue tracking or handling your transactions. You can use this article as your guide: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Moreover, you can check out the topics from our help articles for more hints and resources about QBSE.

If you have any other questions about your account, please let me know by adding a comment below. I'm always here to help. Cheers for more success!
