How can I fix my payroll transactions importing from my bank?

My payroll is not importing as it always has and has the same employee name on each transaction.

Hi, @mamarawson6.

 

You can update your bank manually to download the latest bank and credit card transactions available. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select Update.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.

 

If QuickBooks detects errors, here's how to fix online bank connections.

 

If the payroll transactions are uploaded manually, you can review the format and mapping of the file. This way, you can import them to QuickBooks accurately.
