How can I get mobile check deposits on my quickbooks checking? It’s not available under the cash flow menu where it says it would be.

The mobile check deposit is a feature offered in QuickBooks Checking or Money account holders that is available only on iOS devices. We can sign up if you don't have one yet by checking these links:

• Sign up for QuickBooks Payments 
• Money by QuickBooks

Then, make sure your account is active and in good standing. In addition, you'll be required to upload a picture of your driver’s license or other identifying documents before using the mobile deposit service.

If the same thing happens, sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or incognito window. This helps us confirm browser-related issues since this mode doesn't use the existing cache data. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Removing this should fix the issue since the overtime collection of data can create corruption. We can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
