How can i get my bank transactions to download that stopped in November?

I am not getting an error message. the accounts (there were 2) were connected and updated. I have called twice and can not resolve the problem

Have you tried open your QBO account on private/incognito browser?

Here's how:
 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Log in to your account and try to update and download again your transactions in an incognito or private browser.
  3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache.
  4. From there, try to update and download your transactions.
