How can I get my rate sale per transaction percentage ? It is not showing up anywhere on my dashboard or settings.

Allow me to share insights about accessing rate sales per transaction percentage in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @sublimecontentby.

The rate sales percentage data is unavailable for display on the QuickBooks Dashboard. This only presents indicators that include metrics of last month’s profit and loss, your accounts receivable and payable balances, and upcoming bills.

This also shows overdue invoices or unmatched bank transactions. Hence, you can customize its layout but are unable to modify filters or time ranges.

As a workaround, we can run a Sales by Product/Service Summary to see the data you prefer to check. The report shows your sales for each product or service including the quantity, amount, percentage of sales, and average price. Let's follow the steps below to begin:

1. Go to the Reports menu and enter Sales by Product/Service Summary on the search bar.
2. Click the Customize button and set the Report period.
3. Add Rows/Columns to display data according to your business needs.
4. Select Filter to narrow down the information you want from the report.
5. After that, click Run Report.

You can also save your current customization for future use, and export them to get a copy or use them outside QuickBooks: 

• Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online 
• Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online
