How can I import card spend transactions from square?

Thanks for bringing this concern to us, so we can deal with this immediately. Let's try disconnecting and reconnecting your Square app in QuickBooks Online (QBO) then, try to import your transactions from Square to QBO.

 

If you're Square transactions still won't show up, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support team. They have the right tool to check your account and further investigate this matter.

 

Please follow the steps provided to Contact Support:
 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company. Select Help (?).
  2. Click either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to a human.
  3. Find or click Contact Us.
  4. Start a chat with a support expert.

Available from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
