How can I import previous work trips from my Google maps into QuickBooks

At the moment, the only options available to import previous tracked mileage into QuickBooks Online is to either use the MileIQ or QuickBooks feature.

Since importing trips from Google maps into QuickBooks isn't possible, you may consider adding your events manually or explore third-party applications.

The following instructions outline the process for adding trip information:

 1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
 2. In the left corner of your screen, click the Expenses.
 3. Click Mileage.
 4. Click Add Trip button.
 5. Select the date you want in Trip date.
 6. Fill out the necessary information and select Save.
