Let me provide some information that can rearrange the transactions in order by date, sappca.

In QuickBooks Online, you can filter the type of transactions to Expense and sort the order on your desired information. By default, your most recent transactions appear at the top.

Filter your transactions

1. Go to the Accounting menu on the left panel.

2. Select Reconcile.

3. Click the account you want to reconcile.

4. Enter the “Ending balance” and “Ending date” based on your bank statement information.

5. Apply filters so transactions are easier to find.

To sort transactions

  1. Hover over a column header.
  2. Select the ▲ or ▼ icon to order the transactions based on the header.
  3. Select the header again to change the order.

I also added a link to give more insights about unreconciling transactions. I recommend consulting with your accountant before performing any of the steps. This is to ensure your records are in order.

Also, QuickBooks Online generates a reconciliation report for every session. To view and export the report, please read this article for your guide: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?
