QuickBooks is only showing transactions from June 2022 till now, only four months of activity. I will need to organize my full calendar year for tax purposes.

Hi there, @traefittz.

I'm here to help ensure you get to link all your transaction in 2022 link with online banking in QuickBooks Online.

Transaction downloaded with the initial integration is based on the number of months provided by your financial institution. Randomly, most of them will share them at least 90 days from the setup date and/or 24 months at most.

Now that it only downloads transactions from June 2022 until today, let's consider manually downloading a list of your transaction from January to May 2022 in a CSV format and uploading the file in QuickBooks. Kindly read and use this article to make sure your file is in the correct formation to avoid issue importing it:

Then, follow the steps listed below to start uploading your transactions:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select Transactions.
  3. Under Link account, select Upload from file.
  4. Click Select files.
  5. Find and open the CSV file of your online transactions.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Map your transactions according to QuickBooks requirements.
  8. Click Let's go.

Here's an article you can read to learn more about uploading transactions and other file formats you're able to use: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.

After you're able to upload and get the list of all your 2022 transactions, here is the reference you can use to review and put them into the correct accounts in QuickBooks: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I've got you covered if you have follow-up questions or clarifications about this. Don't forget to tag my name, @JonpriL, if you've got other concerns about online banking and uploading transactions in QuickBooks. Take care and stay safe!

Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
