How can I print off a years worth of transaction from the transaction register

Hello there, ansellhandyman.

 

You can print your transactions in QuickBooks Online(QBO), by going to your chart of account. I've got the steps you need in printing your documents.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear Icon. Then, select the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for the account you want to print with.
  3. Click View Register.
  4. On the funnel icon, click the dropdown button to filter the date.
  5. Hit the printer icon to print.
  6. Select Print.
