How can I release a deposit on hold in QB? The customer has already made the payment, however I cannot see the money in the bank account.

Often when a deposit is on hold, this means we need to review the payment. We review payments to ensure of all the details and to benefit everyone involved in the payment process. 

 

You'll receive an email about the deposit being on hold and with some information on what to do in the meantime. Read the email carefully. It'll give you specific steps to fix any issues. Usually, we ask for more information so we can complete our review. For example, we may ask you to send us a copy of the original invoice you sent to your customer.
