How can I restart a reconciliation? I would like to have the beginning balance show again.

Welcome to the Community space, @zion4. I'll share details to get back and see the beginning and ending balance of reconciliation inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since you already started the reconciliation process, please know there's no option to start from scratch and reconcile the account inside QBO. If you forgot or accidentally entered an incorrect ending balance, click the Edit info button on the top right corner and see the beginning and end balance of the account. These are the steps:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, click the Transactions tab and choose Reconcile.
3. Select the account you're with, and then click the Resume reconciling button.
4. Click Edit info button and review the Beginning and Ending balance. You can also enter changes if needed.
5. Once done, click the Save button.
6. Proceed to finish the reconciliation.
