When I do the bank transaction the check column is not present.  There is no way that I can put the ck no or if possible the ck no should appear at the start of the Bank Transaction.

Welcome to the Community space.

Before digging deep into your concern, we appreciate you allowing us to help you with your query. The Check column hasn't been added to your Banking page inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). We'll write down the steps to show the column on the banking page:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Banking or Transaction tab.
  3. Beside the Export icon, click the small Gear icon.
  4. Under columns section, tick the box beside Check No.|

For visual reference, see the screenshot attached.

If the issue persists, we can perform some basic browser troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of having issues with your browser. You'll want to access your company file in an incognito or private browser. Use these shortcut keys:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you're in, try to check if the Check column shows. If it works and you're able to get through, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
