Let me share information about tracking the bill payments made to your vendor to verify if the money deposits into their account.

If you're using the QuickBooks Online Bill Pay service, you can use the Payment Tracker to check. There are two ways on how to do this. First is through the  Online Bill Pay - Sent Payments tab. Let me show you how:

1. In the left menu, click the + New button.
2. Select Pay Bills Online.
3. Go to the Sent Payments tab.

From there, it'll show a list of all payments you've sent using Online Bill Pay.

The second way is via the Transactions page. Here's how:

1. In the left menu, click Transactions.
2. Go to Expenses.
3. Select a payment row to open the payment details.
4. Click See Confirmation.
