Hello there, @imageprods.

I've got two possible scenarios in mind based on your concern above. I'll discuss each of them below.

When you say tax deposit emails, it's either you're referring to your sales tax or payroll tax deposit or payment transactions' notifications.

If you no longer want to receive sales tax deposit emails, the option to stop it is currently unavailable in QBO. This is because we need to keep you updated on your account's activities.

On the other hand, If you want to stop receiving payroll tax deposit emails, the option to do so is also unavailable. QuickBooks defaults to sending notifications to the email address associated with your payroll account for transparency.

However, you can turn off payday notifications and tax payment reminders through the Payroll Settings window. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Payroll settings.
  3. Go to the Email notifications section and click the Pencil icon.
  4. Deselect the Payday notifications and Tax payment reminders boxes to turn off.
  5. Click Save.

Also, you may want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your business growth and transactions using QuickBooks Online (QBO): QuickBooks Learn and Support. It includes help articles, Community discussions with other users, and video tutorials, to name a few.

Let me know if there's anything else you need or questions about managing taxes in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and have a great day, @imageprods.
