You'll have to integrate a third-party application in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @userhello. This way, you'll be able to seamlessly get your updated live sales exported into the program.

There are two ways in integrating a third-party app in QBO. It's either through the Apps menu within QBO or on the QuickBooks App Center page.

To search for the right app through the Apps menu, here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Apps menu.
  3. In the Search for an app field, type in Shopify.
  4. Select the app you want, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

To locate an app in the QuickBooks App Center page, here's how:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks App Center website.
  2. In the Search by app name, keyword, job, or category field, type in Shopify.
  3. Choose the app you need and follow the instructions to complete the process.

You can learn more about importing your Shopify data into QuickBooks with third-party integrations by checking out this article: QuickBooks & Shopify Better together. It contains details on how the integration works and the answers to the most frequently asked questions about it.

@userhello

There are many connectors in the market to explore. But you should explore and utilize the starter plan of this connector for free. Once you are familiar with the process, you may consider to purchase higher plan or explore a better paid connector.

You can use a 3rd party app to do so.
