You need to link your bank account to transfer money from your QuickBooks Cash account.

To do that:

Please remember the following steps:

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu and select Transfer Money in the QuickBooks Cash section.

2. Click on Transfer in. Note that you won't actually transfer money at this point; you just need to start the connection.

3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

4. Enter the bank's name and select an account type in the Account Type field.

5. Click Next.

6. Enter your information in the Account number and Routing number fields, and then select "Next."

7. Finally, click Sounds good.

Once completed, QuickBooks will send two small deposits to your account within the next three (3) days. Afterward, you will receive a confirmation email and need to return to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.

You can now transfer money from your QuickBooks Cash account to your bank account after setting everything up.

1. Navigate to the Cash Flow menu, and select Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section. 
2. Choose Transfer out, 
3. Pick your QuickBooks Cash account in the From field.
4.  Select the + sign and your connected bank account in the To field, enter the transfer amount, 
5. Click Finalize transfer.
