How can I update current bank transactions?

In QuickBooks Online, you don't have to reconcile the account before you can upload new transactions. You can continue to upload transactions without any issues. That said, I wanted to clarify if you were running into any issues when trying to upload transactions? If so, could you share what types of issues you're having? For example, are you getting any error messages?
