Hi there, @redmerski-yahoo.

I'd be glad to help you with your transaction concern.

You can filter the transactions list or your Profit and Loss report to view only your income entries. I'll guide you on how:

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click Transactions from the left menu.
  3. From the type drop-down, you can click on income.

And, here's how you can filter the Profit and Loss report:

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click Report from the left menu.
  3. From the Report page, click on the view drop-down.
  4. Filter the date of the transaction.
  5. Click on the Business Income amount, from there you'll see your income transactions.

Learn how to categorize them through this article: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Here's a link that might give you more idea about the program: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

I'm just one reply away if you need help managing sales transactions in QBSE. I'll be here to ensure your success. Have a blissful day ahead.
