How can you guys support such a terrible archaic, slow, impossible to manage bank system like Quickbooks cash? This is the worst bank account i could have ever been sold

QuickBooks Online is constantly changing and evolving based largely on the suggestions and requests of users. Your suggestions are ways on how we can improve the product more.

You have the option to connect your bank account directly. You'll just have to look for it on the Banking page and connect it with a few clicks.
