Hi villalobosjulian!

It's good that you have a QuickBooks Checking (new name of QuickBooks Cash) account. That way, it'll be easier for you to get paid. Let me show you how to access your money.

QuickBooks Checking comes with a free debit card. It'll be mailed to you within 7 - 10 business days. Once you activated it, you can use it to withdraw your money or use it for other purchases.

Another way is to transfer the money from your QuickBooks Checking account to an external bank account. You need first to connect a bank by following these steps:

  1. Go to Business overview, select Cash flow, then select QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Transfer and then select to transfer money between your accounts.
  3. Click Add a bank, enter your bank's name and select your Account Type.
  4. Enter your account number and routing number.
  5. When you're ready to connect, select Next.

Please note that you need to confirm the connection before you can transfer the money. QuickBooks will send two small deposits to your external bank account within the next 3 days and you need to verify them. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Business overview, select Cash flow, then select Verify bank.
  2. Enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks.
  3. When you're ready, select Confirm.

If your bank doesn't require verification, you can just select Add to connect your bank.

You're now ready to transfer the money. Go to the QuickBooks Checking page and follow these steps:

  1. Select Transfer money and then Move money between your account.
  2. Enter the amount to move from your QuickBooks Checking account.
  3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
  4. In the To field, select the (+), then select your external bank account.
  5. When you're ready, select Finalize transfer.

You're more than welcome to post here again if you have other concerns regarding QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Checking. Let me know what else you need to do and I'll be glad to work with you again.
