I'd be pleased to help you add your business credit card account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dale.

Connecting your credit card account in QBO can help you automatically import transactions, saving you time and effort. You can also connect multiple businesses and personal bank accounts to keep your business information updated.

Here are the steps to connect your credit card account:

1. Go to the Transactions menu, then choose Bank transactions.

2. Select Link Account.

3. Type the URL or name of your bank in the Search field, then choose the bank. If you can’t find your bank, you can manually upload your transactions instead.

4. Input your sign-in info in the Login and Password fields, then click Continue

5. Select the account that you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the dropdown menu. Then, select Connect. It's important to note that some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions, while others can go back as far as 24 months.

6. Choose your account type on the Account type dropdown, then click Next. Pick the account type that matches your chart of accounts in QuickBooks. If you don’t see the correct account type, select +Add new.

For new credit card accounts:

  • From the Account Type dropdown, select Credit Card.
  • Enter the name of the account and then click Save and Close.

7. Map the bank account in the Existing accounts dropdown, then select Next.

8. Click Connect, then select Done. You can edit the account name in the New account name field or change it later.

9. To download your recent transactions, go to Transactions, then choose Bank transactions.

10. Click Update.

If you have an American Express Business account, you can also connect it to your QuickBooks Online account. This has a few different steps.

Now that you have connected your business credit card account, you can review and categorize the downloaded bank transactions to organize your charts of accounts accurately.

In QBO, you can review your accounts to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements. You can check out this article for more guidance: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

I'm still here to assist you with any other concerns you have besides adding your business credit card account. Let me know by adding a reply below. Stay safe!
