I can assist you in manually entering transactions into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Crystal.

To add new transactions, you can click on the + New button in the left menu of your QBO account and select the specific transaction you want to enter, or you can add transactions directly to an account register.

To add transactions to your register, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top and choose Chart of accounts.
  2. Locate the account register where you want to add the transaction and select View register from the Actions column.
  3. At the very top of the list, select the Add journal entry, Add check, or Add deposit ▼ dropdown menu.
  4. Choose the type of transaction you want to add.
  5. Fill out the fields to complete the transaction.
  6. Click Save when done.

Additionally, you can link your online bank account to your QBO account so that transactions will automatically download and categorize. This will save you time in updating your bank feeds.

For future reference, you can refer to this article for best practices when reconciling your account: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. It also provides guidance on addressing challenges during the reconciliation process.
